Ziv:

Hello, welcome to balloon artists podcast. This is season nine at the last episode of the season. Last chapter as I call it chapter 14. And today it’s all about the new and exciting Biz center of balloon artists college. I sometimes call it the BAC Biz center, which stands for BBC, but it is what it is. It’s a business center for business people and balloon artists often make money for the balloons. This is like something that is not just a hobby. It’s an, it’s not just art. It’s actually a money-making opportunity for many. And that’s one of the perks of leaving the balloon artist lifestyle. It’s the fact that you can actually make money with it. Now it doesn’t really matter how much money you want to make with your balloon hobby or balloon hustle or balloon business. It doesn’t matter because no matter what, how much money you want to make, maybe you want to make a few thousand dollars a year.

Ziv:

Maybe you want to make five figures like 10,000 plus a year, 20,000 plus a year. Maybe you want to make six figure like $100,000 a year. I’ve seen people make as much as $400,000 a year. I’m talking about PC members, so it doesn’t matter. Oh, and I’ve, I’ve worked with amazing balloon artists that, that are not making any money at all from balloons. And that’s fine too. But if you’re here for the money, then stick it out on this episode because no matter how much money you want to make, you’re still going to do two main things in order to make money. And I’m talking about on the business side and not with the balloons themselves. So if you want to like learn how to actually do the balloons that sell for money, check balloon, artist, college.com. So the two things are finding clients and converting clients. That’s what I’m going to talk about today. Those two activities are actually huge, but once you nailed them, you will also need to do other things like nurture relationships, automate your business. But those types of things can wait. BC will help you with those types of things too. I can now change relationships and automation. We help them with that. We help with education. We help with support every week we help with resources, but those two extra activities are not as sexy. And you pretty much only need to nurture relationships and automate business pretty much after you score your first one, the gigs. So the meantime, if you’re listening to this and you want to find about clients and convert more clients, then you’re in the right place. This was a season about the pandemic, right?

Ziv:

And the pandemic he’s not over yet. When, when I’m recording this, there’s still an outbreak going on in many places, Delta Votrient is, is in the move in these biting our assets. And then at the same time, there are countries that are please be open. So kudos on that and on like being to the business side of things. So I hope this all will end soon. And I’m so sorry for the hardship of this pandemic. No matter when you listening to this, every business, it has to do some marketing in those two activities, finding clients and converting them is important. But if you just got out of the pandemic, then definitely like many, many business you’re covering right now. And that means you’re basically rebuilding your business from scratch. So you still need to find clients. You still need to convert them. It doesn’t matter how experienced you are in the balloon industry.

Ziv:

You might have a business for years, for 30 years, you might have a business for a 10 months. It doesn’t matter. You still are going to need to do this now. And you’re going to know how to find clients and know how to convert clients. These two activities are huge. They’re hard. And I’m going to teach you a few ideas here and a few concepts that actually work. So we chose to educate okay to people and to create resource people in balloon, artist college on certain activities. We chose those activities. Very, very cool fully. And the reason why we chose them is because these things walk the walk faster than other things. Look, it’s so easy. So easy to fall into the busy walk to app. The busy walk to app is suffering. You have to avoid. Here’s how it goes into play in your life.

Ziv:

You go into Facebook or Instagram. You go into one of those many, many balloon artists, Facebook groups, right? You don’t know anything about other balloon artists, expenses. You don’t know anything about the amount of money they charge. You don’t even know if they actually walk. As often as it looks like, do you see those posts on all these balloons, friends, scoop and quality scoop and whatnot. And you see people posting a lot. So you say to yourself, Ooh, if only I could post as much as they do, I will get as busy as they are, but it doesn’t walk like this. And you can try and you can see it yourself. And this is why we call it busy walk because it keeps you busy, but he doesn’t get you results. So what else happens? Some people try to follow specific people. Why they try to follow specific people that are doing amazingly well, like people that are doing six figures or even seven figure businesses.

Ziv:

You’re following these gurus that are the best they share tips and advice. And it looks so easy, but they have complete teams working for them. And quite frankly, in any business, in any niche, 3% of the industry will be dominated by very few companies. And those companies will do a lot of money. And it’s easier for them to talk about what works for them, because everything works for them. They got to a point where they are debt big, that people will be attracted to them because they are that big. You need to fake it till you make it, but you still need to be fair enough towards yourself to know that you don’t have those assets. You don’t have a huge customer list. And all those people that are actually talking about you and flowing leads at you, you don’t have the marketing tunnels that worked.

Ziv:

It was proven to work. You don’t have them yet, as much as they do. You don’t have the experience on cells as they do. And so on, so forth. So if you’re comparing yourself to people like David Mahoney or Hayley for Carolina balloons, if you compare yourself to these people that are making huge amount of money from balloons, then you’re doing yourself a disservice by not realizing that they have complete teams working with them for them and years and years of cultivating relationships. And you cannot see that from the tip on a Facebook, Google post. So it’s good to be inspired, but what you actually need to do is the hard work you need to do the hard work, which means you need to build things from the ground up, no matter where you are in business, you still need to do it. It’s a process.

Ziv:

It’s not a milestone, which, which once you get there, you’re done. No, even in my stablish businesses, I still use the same principles. So in balloon artist college, we have created resources specifically for balloon people to help you in finding leads and converting leads. And I want to start with things we do for finding leads. How can we help you sell balloons for a good price and like make a living out, even out of it all for, you know, make it make as much money as you want. The first day of class I’m going to mention is called social calendars. We actually created a social calendar. We’ve assigned a copywriter for this for a long time. Some of you may know that the company, one of the companies of TV media is called daily cookie.co and it’s a copywriting service. And we have assigned a copywriter to study the industry to start, uh, social calendars and have created a social calendar that is included in the balloon artist college club.

Ziv:

And that social calendar is going to reduce the number of minutes and hours that you put into social media. Because if you spend the bare minimum of time on social media, then at least it won’t be busy walk cause you want to be busy. You will be efficient. So I want you to leverage the power of a social calendar that actually tells you what to post every single day. By the way, quick tip, you don’t have to post every single day. You can post once a week or three times a week, but don’t post every single day, unless you actually have proven results from your social calendar, from your social media, the social calendar is a flexible, it has ideas for Instagram. These four Facebook posts, ideas for questions, for jokes, like literally it has inspiration quotes all within the social calendar. It even have like links for where you can find viral videos.

Ziv:

Everything is inside. Basically every time you want to make a post, you just logging in to your social calendar and check what to write about that is resource number one. Next, the marketing packs we’ve created graphics for Facebook and Instagram for all holidays and occasions. These are editable in Canva with the free version and you have this, can I fix you? Slap your logo on top of it. You change your bottle too. And we even wrote copy like pan Chico P for your ads for in the marketing pack. And you basically use this to make your posts pretty L and when your posts are painting, you will get more leads. You could use those graphics in Facebook groups. You can use those copies anywhere. Those graphics are yours to use with anyone that is in contact with you and with anyone that you want to attract and dance.

Ziv:

So pretty. We have a team of graphic designers, building websites for Kevi media clients, and coaches, clients, and they have created these marketing packs for you. Many times, the marketing packs were created according to the required of BC members. So as a BC member, you can just say, Ooh, uh, we also need this specific holiday. That’s the only way people celebrate. And then we played that for you. We are very fast and open to creating more marketing packs, even though it only includes over 20 of them. Next, we have a resource called email outreach template and lecture. So the email outreach is amazing. Do you want to get some corporate leads at the most efficient way to manage the task of followups is with this resource that I’ve shared with you. This is the free resource to use. So no ongoing fees apart from being a BC member, and it is proven to work.

Ziv:

And it has been proven to secure many, four figure gigs. Imagine that one party, and you get four figures like over $1,000. Many, many basically members have made more than $1,000 for a corporate gig as a result of this strategy and this resource. So if you’re not sure, what will you hide to those corporate clients? We have a resource about that too, if you’re not sure, how will you find the email addresses? We have a resource about that too. Like even the weekly coaching every week, we give you a weekly coaching. Sometimes we even give two weekly coaching opportunities, but every week you can log in to your basic account, join the weekly coaching and to meet with us, meet with me and get some questions answered about the email outreach, next swipe emails. So do you want to make sure that you also get leads from past clients?

Ziv:

Well, we share with you emails and templates that you can use today. Immediately. You just take this piece of copy and attract leads from your past next hashtags. For Instagram, we have a course about hashtags and the course about Instagram. So if you’re a newbie on Instagram or your holiday experiences, the gum, you use them, our courses and our marketing packs will have you in Instagram. So hashtags for Instagram, we did like, we did a research on finding all the hashtags that you should use that work in our industry. And it has, Instagram is huge. Using hashtags is strategic. And if you’re not using hashtag Instagram correctly, this is also will help you next. We have a course called leak in intense LinkedIn, intense. This is good for corporate gigs that waiting for you in LinkedIn, we will show you how to create a great LinkedIn profile and profile and how to leverage it, to get your name out there.

Ziv:

How to do an outreach through LinkedIn, by the way, we’re not talking about, uh, like resources that are not ready yet or half cooked. All of them are already operational. All of them are basically waiting so many ways to get more leads. And it’s all waiting for you in the B center. Next is copy for Facebook ads. We have a site, a brilliant corporate item from daily cookie, which is again, one of my companies. And we have assigned them to write copy for ads for your business. You can use them, just use them at the copy as a swipe file, and basically change the word here. What they’ll change the copy to fit your company and use one of the pictures from the marketing packs and boom. Now you can do Facebook ads. You can do boosted posts in this. A results has 10 different ideas for decorators and 10 different ideas for twisters.

Ziv:

Next, we have a resource called copy for Google ads. This is the same as for the Facebook ads only it’s way better, because if you already have a pretty website and then the Google ads are just relatively easier to maintain and get quicker results form. Plus if you need a website, we can help you with that too. Next is in the B center. We have the WordPress introduction course. We actually give you a like a license for a really powerful Divi theme for workplace. And we show you how to create your own site. If you’re looking for another solution, like someone to create a stunning website for you, we have a rented affordable alternative. We have that. A lot of companies will say, yes, your website will be ready in three months, but actually it takes six months and sometimes a year to produce the website. We produce websites in under 10 weeks and from scratch with really good copy because we have the experience, the know-how and this unique way of doing it. Plus a lot of like coaching youth through the process. And we have a team of like six graphic designers, website builders, and copywriters, all waiting to serve you. Some of those are educational material. Some of them is the actual copy or the actual tool or the actual graphics, right? All of this is in, within the BAC B’s center, which is included basically in the club offering. And all of that will help you attract leads and attract them fast, including corporate leads. So on top of that, we have stuff that we do for converting leads for actually converting them. We create Dicko menus for you that you can use to basically convince someone to actually buy stuff from you. We have challenges 21 day challenges, which helps you to create a portfolio of pictures. We have the marketing packs. So if someone already attracts it, I was attracted to you and asks for a quote, use the marketing packs as well for presenting your offer. We have the quick mock-ups tool. I talked about the quick mock-ups in the last episode, that’s how you can create fast.

Ziv:

A mock-up like within one minute, you can create a mock up of designed it. You will do for a client. And that way convert them to a customer. Very first, we have the Z V Kiva gift. We have job cost forms and a unique app mobile app that calculates job costs and forms and a training on how to use it.
